Questions before you start

Do I need to move my customers and data by hand?

No. You can import clients, equipment and parts from a spreadsheet, and the assistant will help you finish the setup on your first day.

Who receives the money from my invoices?

You do. Payments go directly into your own Stripe account. Low Temp Desk never holds your revenue and charges no commission per job.

What happens after the free trial?

Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan. Your data stays available, and you can cancel any time from Admin → Settings.

Can my technicians use it on their phones?

Yes. Technicians get their own login with work orders, photos, refrigerant logs, signatures and their weekly earnings.

Can I use my own domain and email?

Yes, with the Professional Presence add-on: your domain, a branded customer portal and email sent from your own address.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Files and records are stored on secure cloud infrastructure, and LTD Cloud lets you expand storage as your photo and PDF history grows.
